Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Given the nature of our products, most items are made to order after purchase and take a few days to be produced. Most apparel products, such as T-Shirts, take between 2-7 business days to be produced. Shipping times add a few more days on top of that and that varies based on your shipping selection.

How fast can I get my order?

We have a number of shipping options available depending on how urgently you may want your items. If you are placing an order for an item you wish to have before a convention, it is safest to try to allow 3 weeks to account for both production time as well as shipping time. We have several shipping options available which vary from 1-8 business days within the USA and 1-20 business days for international orders.

Will my item be produced faster if I select the FedEx shipping option?

Yes! Orders that have been requested with FedEx priority level of service are automatically bumped to the front of the queue for the best possible fulfillment time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary. A shipping quote with times is generated in your cart during purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Where can I find my tracking information?

You will receive a shipping notification email when your item is ready and being prepared for shipment. Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label has been printed, but keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information is updated. If it has been more than 24 hours and your tracking information has still not appearing, feel free to contact us.

What if my item is lost in the mail?

If the tracking information states that the item has been delivered successfully then we will review your order and consider orders for replacement on a case-by-case basis only.

What should I do if my tracking number says my item has been delivered but I have not gotten it?

Once we have shipped the item, it is out of our hands. We may not be able to replace items who’s tracking numbers show a successful delivery. Please do the following if your item says it has been delivered:

STEP ONE: Do you have roommates? Or family? Ask if anyone who has access to your mail may have received the item on your behalf.

STEP TWO: Contact your local post office branch (or the shipping carrier that comes up when you receive your tracking number.) Some carriers may attempt to deliver and leave a slip instead of an item if you are not home. You may need to contact them to collect your item.

STEP THREE: After you have done a thorough search for your item, contact us and let us know what you’ve found out.

What if my item is damaged in the mail?

Contact us with photo verification of the damaged item and we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

All items have care instructions located in the product listings. In general though, most items are best cared for when washed inside out in cold water.

Ordering

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Promo codes can be applied in the bottom left corner of the cart. Simply enter your code and click “Apply coupon”.

Can I use more than one coupon?

We only offer one really awesome deal at a time.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Contact us! We are more than happy to accommodate for changes or cancellations, we know that some times things happen!

Do you carry petite/larger/plus/extended sizes?

We understand that people come in a variety of different sizes, shapes and species and we do our best to try to accommodate everyone. Depending on the item, most of our sizes range from XS through 3XL. Unfortunately, our sizing options are limited to the availability of our apparel suppliers.

Can I order an item for pickup at a convention?

Check our convention schedule to see where we will be displaying next! Picking up an item at con can be arranged on a case-by-case basis, however we typically require a minimum of 3 weeks notice in order to guarantee delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy to wear what you’ve gotten! If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Contact us and we will do our best to take care of you!
